2、 The scope of CCC certification for newly included products is defined in the attachment. Among them, for lithium-ion batteries and battery packs used in electronic and electrical products, portable batteries are currently being prioritized electronic products Carry out CCC certification for lithium-ion batteries and battery packs; For lithium-ion batteries and battery packs used in other electronic and electrical products, CCC certification should be carried out in a timely manner when conditions are ripe.

3、 Considering that GB31241-2022 "Safety Technical Specification for Lithium ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Portable Electronic Products" will be enforced on January 1, 2024, in order to reduce the certification of enterprises cost The designated certification body shall carry out relevant product CCC certification work in accordance with this standard.

4、 Designated certification bodies and laboratories should actively adopt existing practices while ensuring controllable certification risks and quality assurance Qualification assessment As a result, it reduces the burden on enterprises and facilitates their certification process.

1. From March 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023, enterprises can voluntarily choose to implement certification according to the new or old standards. Starting from January 1, 2024, CQC will implement certification using the new version of the standard and issue certification certificates for the new version, and will no longer issue certification certificates for the old version of the standard.

2. For products that have been certified according to the old version of the standard, the holder of the old version of the standard certification certificate voluntarily submits an application to convert to the new version of the standard certification certificate and supplement the old and new versions Standard deviation test Ensure that the product confirmation and certificate replacement work according to the new version of the standard is completed before the first tracking inspection is completed after the standard implementation date.
