Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop market plans and sales targets based on the company's development strategy and market demand, and decompose them;
2. Build a combat effective testing and sales team, lead the team to achieve sales goals;
3. Timely collect and provide feedback on industry and customer information to support the company's marketing strategy development, and develop targeted action plans and management strategies;
4. Responsible for the development, follow-up, and maintenance of key clients;

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Having excellent business skills, leadership abilities, and team management skills;
3. 2 years or more of sales experience in the testing industry, and 1 year or more of sales team management experience in the testing industry;
4. Goal oriented, strong sense of responsibility, able to endure hardship, honest and upright, able to face pressure and adapt to challenges, and able to travel.
