ATA Jingmi Testing and Safety Laboratory is a professional laboratory dedicated to product electrical safety, mechanical safety, fire and flame retardant, and environmental reliability testing. Its core mission is to verify whether products meet various safety standards through scientific and accurate testing, avoid potential safety hazards such as electric shock, fire, and mechanical injury during product use, and provide authoritative testing support and technical services for enterprise product research and development, production quality control, and market access. The laboratory has been accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), the China National Quality Supervision Administration (CMA), and the American Standards Association (A2LA). It is equipped with first-class testing instruments and equipment both domestically and internationally, and has an experienced and highly professional team of engineers who strictly follow the principles of "fairness, science, accuracy, and efficiency". Based on various international and domestic standards, the laboratory can complete a full set of safety tests for products in multiple fields such as electronic and electrical, household appliances, and information technology. The testing reports issued have international credibility and can help enterprises smoothly pass certifications in various countries and expand their global markets.

1、 The laboratory follows standards

ATA Jingmi Testing Safety Laboratory strictly follows international and domestic authoritative safety standards, covering multiple fields such as home use, information technology, audio and video, medical, lighting, etc., to ensure compliance in the testing process and accurate testing results. The main standards followed are as follows:

(1) International standards

-IEC series standards: including IEC 60335 series (safety of household and similar electrical appliances), IEC 60950-1 (safety of information technology equipment), IEC 60065 (safety of audio, video and similar electronic equipment), etc., covering core testing requirements for product electrical safety, fire prevention, mechanical safety, etc.

-Other international standards: UL series standards (such as UL 62368, UL 746A), EN series standards, ASTM D3638, AS/NZS series standards, etc., meet the market access requirements of different countries and regions.

(2) Domestic standards

-GB series national standards: including GB 4706 series, GB 4943.1, GB 8898, GB 9706 series, etc., are the core basis for mandatory certification (CCC) and voluntary certification of domestic products.

-Industry and other standards: SJ/T 11141, GB/T 26220, GB/T 21544-2008, etc., covering the safety testing requirements of products in specific fields.

(3) Certification related standards

Relying on the accreditation qualifications of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), China National Quality Supervision Administration (CMA), and American Standards Association (A2LA), ATA Jingmi Testing adapts to various global safety certification needs, including China CCC/CQC certification, EU CE-LVD certification, and US UL/ETL certification, and assists enterprises in completing all testing processes related to certification, helping products smoothly enter 71 mutually recognized regional markets worldwide.

2、 Core testing projects

The ATA Jingmi Testing Safety Laboratory testing project covers the safety verification of the entire product lifecycle, including electrical safety, fire and flame retardant, mechanical safety, and other major categories. Personalized testing plans can be customized according to product types and standard requirements. The specific testing projects are as follows:

(1) Electrical safety testing

Core testing products ensure electrical performance and safety, avoiding risks such as electric shock and insulation breakdown. The main projects include:

-Insulation resistance test: Test voltage of 0.1~1000V, check the status of the insulation layer, determine whether the insulation performance of the product meets the standard, applicable to all electrical products.

-Insulation withstand voltage test: AC 0.05-5KV, DC 0.05-6KV, to verify the insulation strength of the product. No breakdown or flashover is considered qualified, which is the core testing item for electrical products.

-Contact current test: Check whether the leakage current is within the safe limit to avoid the risk of electric shock caused by the shell being charged.

-Grounding protection resistance test: Verify the reliability of the product's grounding system, ensuring that the grounding resistance is ≤ 0.1 Ω, suitable for electrical products with grounding requirements.

-Creepage distance and electrical clearance testing: Verify whether the spacing between conductive components meets the standard to avoid potential hazards such as arcing and short circuits.

-Electrical parameter measurement: covering parameters such as voltage, current, power, etc., to test whether the electrical performance of the product meets the design requirements.

-Overload and abnormality testing: Detect the safety of the product under abnormal working conditions, and pass if there are no abnormalities such as fire or smoke.

(2) Fire and flame retardant testing

Evaluate the fire resistance performance of products and materials to prevent the spread of fire. The main projects include:

-Hot wire test: Simulate high temperature scenarios, detect material flammability, suitable for plastic shells, insulation materials, etc.

-Needle flame test: Simulate small flame ignition scenarios to test the flame retardancy of materials, suitable for small components such as electronic components.

-Horizontal/vertical combustion test: Determine the flame retardant level of materials, applicable to enclosures, cables, insulation materials, etc.

-Anti leakage trace test: to test the anti leakage trace ability of insulation materials and avoid causing fires.

(3) Mechanical safety testing

To verify the stability and durability of the product's mechanical structure and avoid the risk of mechanical injury, the main projects include:

-Mechanical impact testing: Simulate the impact during transportation and use to test whether the product structure and function are normal.

-Roll bucket drop test: Simulate product drop scenarios, verify product drop resistance, and ensure structural safety during transportation and use.
